UnifiedCare is provided to organizations for care management and compliance. By using the service, you agree to use it only for authorized purposes and to protect member data in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations.

Users must not share credentials, access data outside their role, or attempt to bypass security controls. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Your organization is responsible for configuring roles, policies, and integrations in line with your compliance requirements.
