UnifiedCare collects only the data needed to deliver care coordination, EVV compliance, and operational reporting. We limit access to authorized staff and track access through audit logs.

We protect data with encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging. If you have questions or need a copy of your data, contact your organization administrator.

This policy will be updated as security and compliance requirements evolve. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the latest policy.
